2. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email, but this does not mean that your order has been accepted. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where products are unavailable, pricing or product information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, or fraud prevention checks are not passed.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on our website are in British Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna where available. Full payment is required at the time of order.
4. Delivery

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, or industrial action.
5. Returns and Cancellations

Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including used protective gear, helmets, nutrition products, and custom-built bikes.
